...hari ni hari malas kita...
Sunday 24 January 2010
It's our day off...and a day we are supposed to relax...take a break!
and so i did...bermalas malas!
After having done with my weekly schedule...cycled around my area...my Abe decided to hit the pool!
and so went the three of us...Abe, myself and Naufal...off to Bukit Merah lake club swimming pool...
i prefer the pool to the big splash...as it is more privacy...less people less contaminations...hahaha!
It's still quite early in the morning...looked deserted eh?...
and you could swim your life out there for only RM 3.00 per person...cheaper than a plate of nasi ayam!
RM 5.00 if you wanna do work out in the Gym! ...a tennis court too...
Could bring down the whole family...
So excited as he is ...Naufal let us all stranded there till noon...
iitu pun lepas abah nye kata nak tinggalkan dia kalau tak nak keluar dari pool...Naufal! Naufal!
Kalau dah dapat berendam...
Only on our way home...we saw more people coming...
Here's some scenes i managed to capture...
Okay lah dik...abah janji kita datang lagi next week!
Jom balik...
p/s it was really my day off...
Abe kasi can...dapur tak berasap lansung dari breakfast till dinner!
Adios

...in the eyes of a 10 year old Naufal...
My darling Muhammad Naufal is now in year 4
How time flies...
Seems like it was only yesterday that i watched him put on his first school uniform...the well known blue black trousers and the white shirt... his first step to SK** on a pair of white shoes.
Now...Naufal is so excited with his new image...
and so eager to put on his new uniform...the prefect!
He has been dreaming of being a prefect...ever since he was in standard one...but the fact is that... no school would recruit any prefect of standard one!
Perhaps the uniform itself spurs him up...
What a standard one boy could understand the glamorize side of it??
Hmmm...berangan betul anak ibu niiii...
Selected to become one now...forced me to look for a complete set...for he could no longer wait to try on the uniform.
Luckily...you only need to carry your purse...to straight away purchase the set...complete with the tie, blazer, black shoes and stockings...
Now i have no complain about him getting up early...as the duty lets him stay alert !
Only one aspect that worries me the first time he puts on his uniform...
...will his pants stays white clean by the end of the day???
pot pet pot pet! ...with all the do's and don'ts from ibu...
He managed to keep it clean white....oops!
with a wee bit of stain here and there...ok la tuh!
I pray that Naufal anak ibu will grow up to be a successful and a faithful Muslim. Amin.

...if there's still time for me...
..it's a loathsome...or perhaps i could call it an unlucky week...for me
Just for the fun of sharing...
Something happened to me this afternoon.
I was not in my best health i guess..as i had a terrible headache...after school...yesterday.
i cant really tell what put me into it...could it be due to what i consumed ...i.e Pataya Fried rice...if it was the cause...must have come from the soup i had...
could not blame the weather...berdosa tu! but yesterday was really a humid kind of weather.
But the main problem was...i had a head ache...!
If only i could slid open my scull...and find out what and where the actual problem was...i'd do it...
Well...that's what i feel every time i had a head ache!
But...i could only try to take a nap...wishing it will soon disappear...
Awaken around 1.45 am...and adding to my frustrations...it's still there! Huhu!
This time... indulgently ask my other half for a massage ...@ rubbing and kneading...
He often do wonders...at least i felt better after...
and i was able to proceed whatever unfinished chores ...
Sad to say...it's still there...when i woke up this morning! huhuhu!....
Could not think of any other way...so..
Panadol to the rescue!
After taking Naufal to school...did my daily morning routine...i.e the cleaning and washing ...
half way done my cooking...i felt drowsy...and so i laid down just for a second... i thought!
Suddenly was awaken by surprised...Smelt something burning!
Astaghfirullah!
Allah! Have mercy on me!
only then i realized that i actually heated some oil meant to fry some fish )...overheated and caught fire!
ablazed... the flame was almost touching the roof top!...
luckily...it was an extension kitchen..(wet kitchen)...with a metal( probably zink ) roof!
Can't imagine if i was cooking in my dry kitchen...with an asbestos ceiling above ?!?
Minta simpang...Nauzubillah!
Morale of the story...
* never cook while on pills..hahaha!
* never take for granted that you will not fall asleep...thinking that you only wanna lay down for a second!
* simply quit cooking if you feel exhausted! Buy your lunch instead...thats okay if you are not a good wife for a day ...once in a while tu tak apa laa! hahaha!
Above all...i really felt blessed...for i was still given a chance ...for another phase of life...
grateful that i am still in one piece...should i not?
What if...
Na'uzubillah
Allah the Al Mighty
Allah the Merciful.
p/s ...thank you to my neighbour who cried out loud...to warn me...

Zaman dah berubah...
It's January...
In a life of a teacher...this time around is already a busy month...filled with curricular activities.
Cross country(even though it's cross taman only) and Annual sports event is on the way...
So...Cikgu Hazeleyed is no exceptional!...
i am involve...even though my age dont actually fit the event anymore...
Being a teacher...dont simply let you choose what you wanna do...
it's more to...what you have to do...
With the bunch of very fussy and demanding students nowadays...
forever question every little thing that we want them to do...
and how everytime we mention...or try to compare our time...back then when we were a school girl...
as far as i could recall...we didn't question ...we simply obeyed orders!
Dengan selamba dek...they will reply; " zaman dah berubah cher!..."
For us...teachers are teachers...
Unlike the students nowadays...
I considered them very lucky as they could take teachers as friends!
manje ke diaorang ni???
spoil brats???
banyak songeh!!!
Of coarse ...we teachers succumb a very challenging task...Gosh!
It has been two weeks since school re opens...
and it has been four times Cikgu Hazeleyed had to put on my track shoes and track bottom...
Yes! cross country practice!
i want them to run....they said, cikgu lari lah dulu!
if i want them to do shot put...they said, cikgu lemparlah dulu!
they have this attitude of...'do not want to do anything'...malaslah!...kotorlah!
so...like it or not...teachers have to be ahead of everything huh?
Cikgu boleh! (walaupun !...)
i guess...we still have to do it....even if you are gonna end your service right after tomorrow! Hahaha!
So the photo showed the last girl that i had to keep my eyes on...purposely be in the last row...in fear that she might simply collapse!
This is the route that is very familiar to me...coz it's the track that i used to cycle on...daily during the holidays...
i jogged and...joined the crowd!
Okay lah tu!

...a Golden visit of a long parted friends
Friday , 8January 2010
Feeling jovial yet a wee bit of nervous...got a visit from two long parted friends...
long parted...i mean it ...for we have not seen each other for almost 33 years!
The last time we were school mates...it was in 1977...in MARA Junior Science College,Seremban!...
The 1st MRSM in Malaysia...!
We are the 1973-1977 batch...the 2nd batch students of MRSM, Seremban.
Well...i am not surprise if you adik adik nevr heard of it...for it is now become Mara College of Matrix.
The visit was surprisingly planned...and made possible... i believe was out of a most sincere and honest hearts ...to get what i see it as giving me the life opportunity to be there...The 50th Golden Anniversary batch 77... although...i am actually not!
Thank you all, Tn Hj.Kharuddin b. Dolmat and son,Ifran... En.Zainal ...from the bottom of my hearts...and not to forget ..the whole bunch of the community members of MRSM-Net...
in planning a 50th Gold Jubilee gatheing this February, in Putra Jaya. All of our colleagues are invited to attend...but as i stay way up north...plus my job constrain... most probably could not make it for the big day.
...they came just to get some news about me and some other friends...whom probably can't make it for the Nite.
I felt so honored...
with all the efforts they put up with... making it possible...
After several phone calls..they managed to reach my humble house...
and to my added surprise ...Tn.Hj.Khairuddin @Atan (nama manja)...presented my son Naufal a kitten called Gobi...
Double joy huh???
We managed to get several shots as a token of memory...
rekindled the memories of our life in MRSM...how we were like brothers and sisters from all over Malaysia...grew up together...
living in harmony.
Shot videos of me...hopefully it was okay and passes the Board of Censorship! hahaha!
Served them something as my deepest appreciation for the afternoon ...
i wish they could stay a little longer...
but had to accept the fact that ...thats the only limited time we had...and i too had to attend school.
So brothers...
Once again i thank you all...
I pray for Allah's blessings be on you and the community...
May it will be a successful and memorable moment in the life of the MRSMs.
All the sincere efforts are very much appreciated.
To all my friends out there...
The memories of you forever lingers in my mind...
for as long as i live.

...lie
How to Detect Lies
Become a Lie Detector
|
Introduction to Detecting Lies:
The following techniques to telling if someone is lying are often used by police and security experts. This knowledge is also useful for managers, employers, and for anyone to use in everyday situations where telling the truth from a lie can help prevent you from being a victim of fraud/scams and other deceptions.
Warning: Sometimes Ignorance is bliss; after gaining this knowledge, you may be hurt when it is obvious that someone is lying to you.
Signs of Deception:
Body Language of Lies:
• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.
• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.
• Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.
Emotional Gestures & Contradiction
• Timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off a normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally, then stops suddenly.
• Timing is off between emotions gestures/expressions and words. Example: Someone says "I love it!" when receiving a gift, and then smile after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made.
• Gestures/expressions don’t match the verbal statement, such as frowning when saying “I love you.”
• Expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, surprised, sad, awe, )instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down, etc.
Interactions and Reactions
• A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.
• A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.
• A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc.) between themselves and you.
Verbal Context and Content
• A liar will use your words to make answer a question. When asked, “Did you eat the last cookie?” The liar answers, “No, I did not eat the last cookie.”
•A statement with a contraction is more likely to be truthful: “ I didn't do it” instead of “I did not do it”
• Liars sometimes avoid "lying" by not making direct statements. They imply answers instead of denying something directly.
• The guilty person may speak more than natural, adding unnecessary details to convince you... they are not comfortable with silence or pauses in the conversation.
• A liar may leave out pronouns and speak in a monotonous tone. When a truthful statement is made the pronoun is emphasized as much or more than the rest of the words in a statement.
• A liar may leave out pronouns and speak in a monotonous tone. When a truthful statement is made the pronoun is emphasized as much or more than the rest of the words in a statement.
• Words may be garbled and spoken softly, and syntax and grammar may be off. In other
words, his sentences will likely be muddled rather than emphasized.
words, his sentences will likely be muddled rather than emphasized.
Other signs of a lie:
• If you believe someone is lying, then change subject of a conversation quickly, a liar follows along willingly and becomes more relaxed. The guilty wants the subject changed; an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will want to back to the previous subject.
• Using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject.
Final Notes:
Obviously, just because someone exhibits one or more of these signs does not make them a liar. The above behaviors should be compared to a persons base (normal) behavior whenever possible.
Most lie detecting experts agree that a combination of body language and other cues must be used to make an educated guess on whether someone is telling the truth or a lie.

... gone fishing ???
Fishing...one common chore @ activity that i love to explore... somehow... i never had the chance to really
get into it...
Sg.Burung...one spot which is quite commonly spoken about...if fishing is the topic.
and so...yesterday...not having any specific location to go to... only to find us both ended at this breath taking location...perhaps a fishing paradise?
i call it a beach full of rocks..
Rocky beach!
but just look at those people!
a picnic with the family
Well...Let the pictures speak ...
Some even carried along infants!
to get to this spot...one has to pass by Kuala Kurau town...
a rather remote area...
